A quick look at today’s top headlines…
“Details missing from Obama’s Social Security Plan”
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/obama_social_security
What? A plan by the “Citizen of the World” that provides few details? I bet he plans on “changing” it, though. Surely, at some point, this guy will have to give some details about what he is going to change and how. McCain should attack this with vigor in the debates.

“McCain takes aim at Obama’s Character”
http://news.yahoo.com/s/politico/12092
I am a little surprised that McCain is going down this road this soon. Although I agree that BHO has serious character issues (or, at least, questions), I had hoped it wouldn’t become a focal point for McCain’s campaign. I think he can win without it, but I guess he is watching too much TV about Obama and feels that he is falling behind…

“Obama and McCain turn focus back to economy”
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/usa_politics_dc
It looks like Obama is back home and heading off for another photo op. He’s meeting with billionaires about the economy (isn’t that just a little hypocritical?) while McCain is meeting with economists about the economy. What worries me here, though, is that Obama seems to be setting the agenda for this campaign. He goes oversees and its all about foreign policy; he comes home and its all about the economy. I think McCain needs to get a little more proactive on the campaign trail.
[...] Its nothing groundbreaking, but at least it looks like the McCain camp is getting more agressive in the campaign. Maybe they took my advice. [...]
